Why should I create a HERE WeGo account?
With a HERE WeGo account, you’ll enjoy a personalized navigation experience. Save your favorite places under ‘Collections’, create your own shortcuts, sync your preferences with HERE WeGo Web and navigate offline. You can also connect your account to your email address, Facebook account or Apple ID account for easy log-in.
How can I change my email address?
To change the email address linked to your account:
- Type account.here.com into your web browser
- Sign in with your account using your current email address
- Change the email address under ‘Account details’
- Enter your current password
- Confirm the change in the email sent to the new email address you’ve entered
Note: if your HERE account is linked to your Facebook account or Apple ID, you cannot change the linked email address

- Under ‘Password’, select ‘Change password’
- Follow the steps that will be provided

Can I log in via my Facebook account that was created with a telephone number only?
At this time, it is not possible to log in to your HERE WeGo account via a Facebook account that was created with only a telephone number and not an email address. You must have a Facebook account created with an email address in order to access HERE WeGo via a Facebook login.
